Intro

Grabodo rebuilt Chavare Engineering's web presence from the ground up - a structured, specification-led site for a firm that has been designing LV control panels and PLC/SCADA automation since 1996, so plant engineers and procurement teams can find capability, standards and certifications without a phone call.

Chavare Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is an electrical and automation engineering firm founded in Dombivli in 1996. It manufactures LV control panels up to 5000 A, builds PLC and SCADA automation systems as an Elite Channel Partner of Mitsubishi Electric India, and delivers turnkey electrical and instrumentation projects for process plants.

The Background

Three decades of capability lived in brochures, drawings and the heads of the engineering team. Buyers evaluating a panel builder - consultants, EPC contractors, plant engineers - had no way to check ratings, standards compliance or type-test results without emailing and waiting.

In this category trust is technical. ISO 9001-2015, IEC-61439, ERDA and CPRI type tests, an in-house CNC sheet-metal facility and a Mitsubishi partnership are the proof points that win a tender - and none of them were legible online.

The Challenge

The challenge was to organise a genuinely wide scope - PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD and PLC panels, bus ducts, consoles, SCADA, water management, turnkey EPC - into a structure a specifier can navigate, without flattening the technical detail that makes Chavare credible.

It also had to serve two audiences at once: the engineer who wants ratings, standards and test data, and the procurement lead or prospective hire who wants company profile, client list and contact in a few clicks.

The Solution

  1. 01 A product architecture that mirrors how panels are actually specified - PCC, MCC, MLP, PLC panels, bus duct, APFC, VFD, soft starters, ATS and distribution boards each addressable in their own right.
  2. 02 Certifications are treated as content, not a footer badge: ISO 9001-2015 and IEC-61439 sit alongside a full type-test table - IP-54/55, temperature rise, internal arc, seismic Zone-V, short-circuit withstand - with the testing lab named.
  3. 03 Capability is shown, not asserted: in-house CNC sheet-metal fabrication, LV panels rated to 5000 A and the Dombivli MIDC facility are presented as evidence a buyer can weigh.
  4. 04 Sector pages - pharma and food, printing and packaging, heat treatment, water and wastewater - let a visitor recognise their own plant before reading a single spec.
  5. 05 The Mitsubishi Electric Elite Channel Partner status and the E+H joint venture are surfaced early, since in automation the partnerships are the shorthand for competence.
  6. 06 A customer and end-user wall carries the client logos that a tender shortlist is often decided on.
  7. 07 Enquiry paths run through the whole site - direct phone and email, the Dombivli plant address, a downloadable brochure and a vacancies page for hiring.

The Results

  1. 01 A site where technical credibility is visible up front: ratings, standards and type-test results answer the questions that used to start with an email.
  2. 02 Panel manufacturing, PLC/SCADA automation and turnkey EPC sit in one structure, so a visitor who arrives for one discovers the other two.
  3. 03 Thirty years of work - since 1996, from Dombivli - now reads as track record rather than backstory buried in a company profile.
  4. 04 A specifier-friendly flow: capability, standards, sector fit and contact reachable in a few clicks, on desktop or on a phone at site.
  5. 05 Sales, recruitment and partner enquiries all run through the same site instead of a single shared inbox.
  6. 06 Events, client logos and certifications give the sales team something to point at mid-tender rather than assembling a deck each time.

The Achievement

  • Launched a structured corporate site covering panels, automation and turnkey projects
  • Published the full LV panel range - PCC, MCC, MLP, PLC, bus duct, APFC, VFD, ATS, DB - as specifiable products
  • Turned ISO 9001-2015, IEC-61439 and ERDA/CPRI type-test data into a visible trust signal
  • Presented the Mitsubishi Electric Elite Channel Partnership and E+H joint venture where buyers look for them
  • Built sector pages for pharma and food, printing and packaging, heat treatment and water management
  • Opened clear paths for enquiries, brochure downloads and recruitment

"

Grabodo understood that in our business the specification is the sales pitch. Ratings, standards and type-test data are now where customers look for them, and the site carries the same discipline we put into a panel. They built it like it was their own.
